Introudction of Full Bore Retrievable Packer

The High Press CHAMP Packer is the CHAMP V Packer, that is improved from RTTS Packer. Compared with RTTS Packer,the CHAMP IV Packer has a concentric bypass and the working pressure of the CHAMP packer can be reached to 15000 psi. The CHAMP IV Packer has the capability of circulating below the packer and other parts have the same function as RTTS Packer.

When the CHAMP Packer is going in the hole, the bypass is held open until slips are set by the J-Slot that controls the mechanical slips. The bypass of the CHAMP packer is held closed by a balancing piston, the tool uses work string pressure to place a downward force on the balancing coupling, which can prevent the bypass from being pumped open.

* The CHAMP packer is applied in highly deviated wells or where pipe manipulation is difficult.

* The CHAMP packered is Picked straight up to open the bypass

* It is easy to relocate the CHAMP packer in multiple zones during a single trip for treating, testing or
