Description

This is a high quality cartridge needle, starting from the core accessory of stainless needles, which is 316L medical grade steel, 100% safe for human body. It is produced through exquisite welding process, highly pure lead free solder used to make sure it is easy to work on the solder joints. There is no defective products. Using special grinding methods to process the product,which can effectively prevent scratching on the surface. We have strict quality check system, checking each needle under the high magnification microscope to get rid of defective needles. Our factory use medical paper and blister to wrap the cartridge individually, artist can use it one by one, which is very convenient. Each product is sterilized through ethylene oxide, which can help tattoo artists save much time when they work, as they don’t spend time on disinfecting the tip and needles.

There is safety membrane inside the cartridge to prevent ink flowing into the grip and machine during work, besides, there is a stabilizer inside the tip to reduce the vibration of needle when it works up and down.
