High temperature 40/40g Coating 4HS C-glass Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric

The fiberglass cloth is classified into a S-glass cloth, a C-glass cloth, and an E-glass cloth according to the alkali content. The lower the alkali content, the better the flexural and tensile strength. These fabrics can be distinguished according to the conductivity. The S-glass cloth is a conductor, which can be used as a wire, the C-glass cloth is a semiconductor, and the E-glass cloth is an insulator.

UPSC-8732D80 is a medium alkali cloth, the alkali content is 12%. It's a basic fiberglass coated with 40/40g silicone on two sides, and has excellent temperature resistance, fire resistance and corrosion resistance.

For the weave pattern, this silicone cloth is made by 4HS, with this weave patter there is a three by one interlacing, where a fill yarn floats over three warp yarns and under one. The four-harness satin is more pliable than the plain weave.
