Multi-string Production Packer(VEP-3 1/2 -9 5/8---VEP-4 1/2-9 5/8), WP 5000-7500psi, AISI4140/9Cr1Mo/13Cr/S13Cr/Inconel

The VEP series multi-string production packers are hydraulically set packers. This packer can be used for the dual-tubing or high pressure electric submersible pump production well as well as multi-zone intelligent completion. The packer can be set by applying low pressure to the long string and released by straight pull of the long string.

Features

High reliability
Release force adjusted by adjusting the number of the installed shear pins
Four strings can be used for dual-string production, cable traversing, gas vent valve installation ,chemical injection or fiber communication.
Material selection for the elastomer: HNBR, Nitrile and Aflas.
Material selection for the body: AISI4140, 9Cr1Mo, 13Cr, S13Cr and Inconel
Set by applying low pressure to the long string
Working pressure is 5000psi~7500psi.
All types of threads are available.
