Product Introduction

The SFM Series of Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine manufactured by our company cuts,bevels, counterbores, drills and mills the pipe end or middle of pipe by clamping external wall, with processing diameter up to 2,100 mm and maximum wall thickness of 100 mm. SFM series equipment is one removable, portable, burr-free, highly-precise and vertical cold working pipe cutting and beveling equipment which can be used to process the pipe, install the bridge rail and repair the end surface of flange. It is the best choice for the outdoor construction!

■ The drive mode is diversified, including the electric, pneumatic and hydraulic type, suitable for different processing sites and requirements;

■ The adjustable high-strength bearing guarantees the uttermost operation stability of the machine;

Product Package

The machine delivered will be packed in a portable aluminum alloy suitcase (Medium machine is packed with pushable aluminum case while large-size machine is packed with wooden case or metal packing case). The foam-molded pad will be equipped to prevent shocking of the case, and attached with necessary standard tool, power supply and other accessories. Storage

■ Clean the dust, debris and accumulated oil or grease on the machine;

■ Inject some lubricating oil to the oil injection hole of the machine, and run the motor for some time to lubricate internal components;

■ Paint or apply a thin layer of anti-corrosion lubricating oil on surfaces that have not be completed or painted;

■ Store the machine in a storage case, and put all components in corresponding compartments;

■ The storage case shall be stored indoors as far as possible and kept dry.
