Product Introduction

SFM series are portable processing equipment for cutting, beveling and end prefabrication of various pipes, with which cutting and beveling can be conducted at the same time. The SFM Series manufactured by Bohyar cuts and bevels the pipe end or middle of pipe by clamping external wall, with processing diameter up to 2100 mm and maximum wall thickness of 100 mm. With an R&D history of nearly one hundred years, the product can process pipes or casings accurately, continuously and vertically.

Specifications

We have three drive modes and they also have different technical parameters. The air requirements are 2-3m³/min. The hydraulic requirements are 65L/min, 10mpa. The electric requirements are 220V/AC. We adopt the star wheel system with 0.08mm/r feed amount. The finish is anodizing sand blasting. We have different packaging methods such as aluminum alloy, metal packing case or wooden box according to the different models of split frame machines.

Standard Configuration

We have standard configuration for the shipped machine. In addition to packaged SFM machine, we will give you relevant motor, cutting and beveling tools according to your drive mode and choice. We will have a set of tools to help use the machine such as rubber hammer, spray bottle, square and wrench set. Moreover we will have relevant documents to support you such as operating manual, certificate of conformity and u-disk. If you have other demands, we will try to meet your demands.

Safety Instructions

■ Do not get close to the running machine to avoid personal injury caused by the sucking of hand and clothes by the machine;

■ During the proper operation of machine, the operator shall stand in the suitable position to avoid being scratched, scalded by the cuttings;

■ When the cutter head is rotating, the operator is forbidden to get close to the tool with hand to avoid being cut.
