The fabric is 100% imitation memory polyester fabric.Its density is 75D*75D+300D and we finish it with coated .So the fabric is waterproof .There is a wide application in our life with this kind of fabric , such as jacket ,down jacket ,sports wear and some skiing wear .

Its unique features include anti-wrinkle, anti-shrinkage, drape, smooth and non - ironing effect. Absorb perspiration and resist ultraviolet ray and sunshine.

Mainly used for: functional outdoor sportswear, racing clothing, brand clothing, down jacket, raincoat, jacket, sportswear, windbreaker, etc. It is woven from polyester fiber after twisting, the cloth feels stiff and has memory effect.

5 . About Coating:

The principle of coating fabrics: With the use of solvents (toluene and butanone commonly nowadays ) , we dissolve the coating colloidal particles that we needed into salivate shape , which includes PU adhesive, A/C PVC, PE plastic and etc . And it is also related to the ratio of rubber and viscosity . And then coat on the fabric in a form of scraper evenly . After fixation inside the oven with a high temperature, there will be a uniform layer of covering material make on the surface of fabrics . As a result , the fabrics can achieve the waterproof, windproof, breathable, and other functions!
