Production descriptions:

1) This machine is suitable for regeneration and granulation of waste plastics,as HDPE,LDPE PP ,PE,ABS,PA,PS and so on .The double stage hard scrap pelletizing line could be applied for both film material and flakes material. For screw L/D varies according to the material condition, for example, rigid material or film flakes.

2) It adopts the two-step structure to meet the double-layer filter purpose.

The double stage hard scrap pelletizing line can effectively remove the impurities from the recycling material and fully exhaust the gas.

It can produce ample ,consolidated and fine luster granules.

3) Specially-designed screw and-as well as high power motor ensure good mixture of material and high output.

4) The advantage of the double stage pelletizing line is better melting and the material is more clean after two filtering from screen changers.
