With various door width design, loading and unloading can be done easily, and suitable for different size workpiece heavy loading. The column is also designed with extra wide structure to increase the contact surface with the crossbeam, which can avoid vibration during cutting. And both columns and crossbeam use one-piece casting, which increases the stability and rigidity, and also guarantees there is no vibration and no deformation. And for the spindle, there is spindle air blast system.

The Double Column CNC Machining Center has been equipped with levelled working table, which is achieved by our experienced engineer with advanced measuring device. This working table not only guarantee flatness in the X direction, but also in the Y direction, but also no vibration and no deformation.

Our engineers also inspect carefully the machine by using the laser interferometer for position and repeated positioning accuracy. And the geometrical accuracies are all checked and inspected before delivering. For ensuring the successful running in customers' factory, we also test the machine by machining sample workpiece. And all the technical data and performance requirements must be same as stipulated in the manual and QC certificate.
