Description:

This bitumen transportation tank truck is a double layer carbon steel tank with a diesel burner. The inner tank is a carbon steel tank with several baffles. The diesel burner and the heating tubes inside the tank consist of the heating system to provide continuous heating to the bitumen. Only the bitumen is heated into a fluid flow, it could discharge easily.

The running gear is 3 axle mechanical suspension type with tubeless tyre. The payload of the chassis is 45Tons. It is durable and long lasting trailer chassis.

Application:

The thermal insulation tank trailer is to load and distribute the bitumen, asphalt, or other types of thick liquid, which needs to be heated for discharging. It is widely used for road construction and other types of construction works.
