This is a V shape chemical tank trailer. The tank is designed for easy loading and discharging. The loading material is the concentrated sulfuric acid and it has the feature of strong oxidative. It will react with the aluminum, steel and form a dense coat on the surface of the aluminum or steel. This coat also protects the aluminum or steel to prevent further corrosion.

The sulfuric acid tank has a higher requirement about the welding. If there is welding defective like the welding crack, welding air pot, the sulfuric acid will corrosive the welding defects and cause leakage. What’s more, the sulfuric acid has the feature of water absorption. After it absorb the water in the air, it becomes more corrosive and damage the tank.

The running gear is air suspension type to provide better protection of the trailer. The speed limit is 80km/h.
