This replacement element for your oil mist eliminator is manufactured with a seamless housing and no welds to rust or vibrate apart.
This element can be easily replaced with a thumbscrew.

Air oil separator filter is the key to the quality of compressed air in air compressor. The compressed air from the compressor head noses carries oil droplets of various sizes,the big oil droplets are easy to be separated by the separation tank,and the small ones(suspension) must be filtered through micron fiberglass media of air oil separator filter.
To chose the correct diameter and thickness of fiberglass is one of the most important factors to ensure the filtration effect.
The small oil droplets quickly aggregate into large ones after the intercept, spread and aggregate of filter media,then settlement in the bottom of the filter via the influence of pneumatic and gravity. The oil returns to the lubrication system continuously from the return pipe inlet at the bottom recess of filter element,allowing the compressor discharging purer,higher quality compressed air.
