• Elaborate focusing system structure, requiring replacement of the ceramic receptacle upon replacement of the bulb; and strip-off handle, available for sterilization under 134℃ and high pressure (do not put on heavy objects on it during sterilization).
• Import light balancing arm suspension system, with linked motion of 6 joints, smooth movement and stable positioning, and 360°design, adjustable to any height and angle required for the specific operation.

Working Principle

The rotation balancing system of the lamp is to achieve the optimal angle of lighting to meet the requirements of operations. The rotation system is based on the bearing rotation, to cause the lamp rotate within the range of 360°to the required direction, and increase the adjustable damping, achieving the smooth movement and stable and reliable positioning of the lamp. The balancing system is to pre-compress the compression spring, generate the force necessary for balancing the holder via the quadruple connection rod mechanism, and make the holder move up/down flexibly.The lamp shall be installed at the height of 2.9～3.1m, preferably 3.05m, and the holder block can move at a range of 1m upward/downward, with the maximum height for thoracic, abdominal, cerebral surgery and others, and the minimum height for gynecologic surgery and other operations requiring the side lighting.The light path of YD02-LED3S Shadowless Operating Lamp a light beam about 500mm long formed with the light source rotating in the lam, passing through the heat insulation glass, and shining on the rotary face for reflection. In addition, the spot size of the lamp is adjustable (as shown in the light source system), and the brightness can also be adjusted by pressing the tact switch (the Brightness +/- button as shown in the diagram), to meet the requirements of operations.
