Carbon monoxide (CO) is a product of combustion of organic matter under conditions of restricted oxygen supply, which prevents complete oxidation to carbon dioxide. Carbon monoxide is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and non-irritating, making it difficult for people to detect. Inhaling even relatively small amounts of it can lead to hypoxic injury, neurological damage, and possibly death. It can be found in mines as a byproduct of vehicle exhaust and is also created by blasts and explosions (Afterdamp). The YuanTe’s detectors are equipped with the CITY brand CO sensors, it will keep the stability ,fast response and accuracy even the harsh environment in the coal mines.
