Machine Features

• Machine structure is H beam steel welded base with gantry type roller stands.
• All the roller stands are made of cast iron, which makes the machine much stronger.
• Gear box transmission has long lifetime and ensures the machine run stable at high speed.
• Fly cutting device cut ormed cable trays in a certain length continuously, no need to stop rest of the line when cutting.

Work Flow: steel coil uploading---unwinding---material levelling---punching and servo feeding---roll forming---straightening---cutting---final products
