High quality electrostatic spray thermoset powder coating for metal finishing
Product introduction:
Thermosetting powder coating is suitable for surface coating and
decoration of metal (steel or aluminum) items, it is applied to the
part or component by electrostatic spraying equipment. In a
subsequent curing process, the powder coating is melted and
chemically cross-linked at substrate temperatures of 180°C to
200°C.
The raw materials of powder coating are resins, pigments, fillers,
harderner ect. Compared with liquid paint, powder coating is
environmental friendly and can reduce costs. Powder coating can
form a harder finish than conventional paint and can be applied
more efficient.
