It features largeoutput , high efficiency , steady operation , high ring stiffness , light weight per meter, good creep resistance performance , easy connection and economical construction.

2. High technology: We have developed our own technology for this machine. We make all the mould blocks by ourself. High production speed: 20-30m/min, with water cooling, with new technology mould blocks, the line speed can reach to 20-30m/min, it is about three times of others. As our forming machine is equipped with 72 pairs of mould blocks, but the normal one only with 50 pairs.

3. Double size on the same mould block: There are two pipe sizes on the same block, so the manufacturer can change the pipe diameter by adjusting the forming machine up and down. The mould blocks are not connected by chain piece by piece, and the blocks can move forward or backward on the mould base.
