Specifications:

HIVOLT 110kV hollow core insulator in white color is specially designed for Russian market.

it is used for high voltage capacitors ,

Min. cantilever load : 36kN.m

Min. routine water pressure : 0.6Mpa withstand 5 min.

Routine bending load : 25kN.m withstand 10 s

​Workable temperature range : -60℃~+50℃

The flange material on both end of insulator is aluminum alloy , before cementing ,bituminous painting shold be applied on inner flange surface , porcelain sand band area .
