20 Tubes AntiFreezing Silver Color U Pipe Solar Collector Aluminum Manifold for House Used

Working principle:

1. The heat pipe series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device.

2. The selective coating on the inner Cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminum fins.

3. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser.

4. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe.

5. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe.

6. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

2. U pipe: Red copper, diameter: 8mm, wall thickness: 0.6mm

3. Heat transfer fluid: Anti-freeze fluid (Water-glycol)

4. Aluminum fin: Whole piece aluminum sheet

5. Length for 58 x 1800mm vacuum tube: 1600mm, thickness: 0.2mm

6. Length for 47 x 1500mm vacuum tube: 1300mm, thickness: 0.2mm

7. Sealing plug: Silicone rubber with stainless steel

Manifold Casing

1. Material: Aluminum alloy, thickness: 2mm

2. End cover: Nylon plastic parts

3. Manifold anti-water ring: Silicone rubber

4. Collector anti-dust cover: Silicone rubber

5. Header Pipe: Red copper, diameter: 22mm, thickness: 1.0mm

6. Insulation: Rock wool, thickness: 45mm, density: 50Kgs/M3
