530g E-glass Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Electrical
Insulation Cover
This 530g/m2 black silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of
e-glass woven fiberglass cloth and then it is coated with or
impregnated with a black silicone/rubber. Fiberglass is an great
inorganic non - metal material with high melting point and low
expansion. When coat it with silicone, the glass fiber fabric also
own the features of silicone coating, such as fire resistance,
abrasion resistance, dimension stability, tear resistance,
electrical insulation and anti chemical agent.
Basic fiberglass fabric if this silicone fabric is 3732 430g/m2
0.4mm E-grade fiberglass fabric. The working temperature of this
coated fabric is below 550℃. But the black rubber/silicone coating
can be used below 260℃. It is a newly-made-product with high
properties and multiple applications. Due to its special resistance
to high-temperatures, permeability and aging, also its high
strength, this silicone coated fiber glass cloth is widely used in
aerospace, chemical industry, large-scale generate electricity
equipment, machinery, metallurgy, nonmetal expansion joint.
