Description of extraction machinery

Usage:

This extraction machinery is used to extract tea from the tea leaves or make medicine from herbal medicine.

Structure:

All the tank walls are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures. This tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside of the dimple pad, the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the center.

Standard attachments:

(1). Airtight manhole

(2). High and low level probe

(3). Temperature sensor

(4). Extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet

(5). Dregs are discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product

(6). Top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical type

(7). Pneumatic discharge device can be added according to the customers’ requirements
