3. Your artwork in CDR, AI, PDF, EPS formats will be appreciated or we offer design service and Professional guidance for free.
4. You have to prove the ownership of the trade mark/logo and offer the certificate of authorization.
5. Special requirements must be presented in advance(eg:packaging, transport mode).

Q1 : I don’t have any design,can you help on the design?
Yes,of course we can offer professional design with over 10 years experience,

Q2 : Are your design really free of charge?
Definitely, Free design.

Q3 : Do you have MOQ?
The Moq is 2000pcs, we can also produce the quantity as you need.
even if you need a sticker with your custom logo, that’s also ok.

Q4 : Can we get some samples before order?
Yes,similar sample is available and it can be sent to you free charges,but pls help to bear the shipping cost.

Q5 : Is the Box can be used directly? No need glue to stick together?
Yes, box can be used directly when you receive .

Q6 : Which format file do you need?
You can send the artwork in AI, PSD, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFP, JPG, NG etc. We will check and revise it according to the printing requirements and send back to you for approval before production

Q7 : How long can I get my products?
Normally the production time is 5-10 days after deposit received
For custom sample is 3-5 days,for production is 5-10 days.
It depends on the quantity and produce art due to the artwork.

Q8 : What is the package?
OPP bag packed in a strong carton, waterproof.
