760G Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric 1000℃ 0.7MM Satin Weave Fiberglass Cloth

Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric is made of basic cloth -- 600g/m2 high silica fabric which is woven in satin weave(also called cross twill). The calcination and acid trentment during production make it has more than 96% SiO2 content, higher melting point and high density. This silica fabric is coated with 80g red silicone per side. 600g/m2 basic high silica fabric can withstand heat below 1000℃ continuously. The silicone coating can resist heat below 260℃.

Total weight of the coated fabric is 760g/m2. Standard width is 91.44cm. Silicone coated high silica fabric is always used in insulation fields. Application can be fire/welding blanket protection, fabric expansion joint, thermal insulation jacket and electrical insulation covering.
