Feedback Control Tension Controller Two Reel Control With Two 50kg Tension Loadcells

Characters:

ST-3600 is a simple but powerful tension controller.The Guide of its panel operations is as follows:

1. Button of output on/off switch : switch on the output for outputs between terminals PA-PAN,SA-GND or PB-GND, SB-GND ; switch off the output for "off" on LED display and controller provides no output at all.

2. Manual/automatic mode switch button : change status between manual and automatic by pressing the button.

3. Page turning button: turn page of LCD display screen.

Terminal Connection:

1. Used one sets of output power of 24V/4A or two sets output power of 24V/3A from PA-PAN or PB-PBN terminals to drive powder brake/clutch.

2. Use two sets of analog output voltage of 0~10v from SA-AGND or SB-AGND terminals to drive torque motor or torque mode converter.

3. Use one set of constant analog output voltage of 5V from 5V+~5V- terminals to supply power to tension detectors installed at both left and right sides.

4. Use one set of constant analog output voltage of 24V from 24V+~24V- terminals to supply power approch switch.
