This machine is mainly used to produce PVC window & door profiles, PVC trunking profiles, PVC ceiling profiles, PVC panel, PVC board and so on. This PVC profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Description:

1. GreenerWood is made from wood fiber, PVC resin and other little additives through extrusion technique. Its physical performance is the same with wood, but it also has the advantages of antiwater, antimoth, antiseptic, thermal insulation and etc. It can be recycled and doesn't include any harmful substance to human body. The content of released formaldehyde is only 0.3mg/L, greatly lower than national standard (1.5mg/L). So GreenerWood is the true green composite material.

2. Application: Mainly used for indoor decoration, such as: acoustic panel, ceiling, decking, wall panel, skirting, string course, window shade, fencing, railing and others. It can be used in the fields of exterior wall panel, indoor, bathroom, home decoration, outdoor landscape and etc.

3. Raw Material: Wood powder(80-100 mesh)-- PVC resin powder calccium—DOP 530 foaming regulator—lubricant AC foaming agent stabilizer.

4. Process Flows: Weighing Heat/cool mixing -- Pelletizing Profiles Line Crush and reuse
