Punching of aluminum foil, aluminum tube bending - Cleaning - welding - leak testing - dry - surface treatment -rushed nitrogen and packaging

Features:
1, aluminum foil red piece with a flange height 1.5mm aluminum tubes to form annular surface contact, greatly improving the heat exchange area
2, Japan fully automatic washing machines, the use of CFC-free cleaning agent internal cleaning of the requirements of the CFC-free products

Quality indicators:
No leaks, to meet the the CFC refrigerants internal cleaning requirements without leakage within the CFC and non-CFC refrigerants to meet cleanliness requirements.

Aluminum tube: 8 * 0.75 (0.8), the aluminum thickness 0.15 (according to customer requirements), wide molding aluminum fins-27mm

Scope:
Finned applicable to various types of single door, two-door and multi-door no frost type refrigerators. Also applicable to various other evaporator or a condenser of the refrigeration equipment.
