15oz Black Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Thermal / Electrical Insulation

15oz Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabrics for industrial thermal insulation and electrical insulation are made of E-glass fiberglass fabric, which basic fabric can resist 550°C/1022°F. The fiberglass yarn is 9 µm filament. The woven fiberglass cloth is coated or impregnated with a black silicone on single side. This silicone coated fiberglass fabric is flexible and high strength. It combines the durablity, thermal insulation of fiberglass cloth and electrical resistance of silicone coating. The silicone coated fiberglass cloth has stable dimension, tear resistance and corrosion resistant.

The uncoated base fiberglass fabric can resist temperature below 550℃. But the black silicone coating can resist 260 degree C. Because of the features of coating and basic fabric, this coated fiberglass cloth are widely used for thermal insulation and electrical insulation, such as fire blankets, fireproof gloves, fabric expansion joints and thermal insulation jackets.
