Q1: What should I do if my Scoreboard is not working properly?

Check the Input Power is with right Volatge. Some countries use 110V and Some Countried use 220V.

If the controller box is without Battery. That must be a power cable to connect to 110V / 220V plug.

Any other problem can contact with us and take photos for us to check .

Q2: What is the correct way to store the scoreboard ?

1. Keep out of the reach of children under 8 years.

2. Do not store in dampness and high temperature places.

3. Avoid direct sunlight.
