Application:

It is used to produce the positive spine of the tubular lead acid battery. It can realize the adding lead ingot into lead pot, casting the spines, taking out the spines, spraying mould release agent, storing the spines, cutting the spines, inserting spines into gauntlets automatically. After spine cutting, the wasted spine will be crushed and conveyed to lead pot for recycle use.

Machine Composition:

CMX-I include automatic lead bar feeding machine, pressure die casting machine, automatic spine removal with robot arm, mould release agent spraying device, broken spines testing device, electronic control system, mould, semi-auto cutting machine and cutting knife.

CMX-II include automatic lead bar feeding machine, pressure die casting machine, automatic spine removal with robot arm, mould release agent spraying device, broken spines testing device, automatic cutting and sleeving machine, gauntlet feeding device, spine stacking device, wasted spine crushing device, spine conveyor, electronic control system, mould, cutting knife.
