Printing: CMYK Full Color Printing outside & Inside; 4. Surface process: Glossy lamintion; 5. Packing: Flat packed, 1 piece per carton. Assembly manual incl per carton; 6. Carton size:164 x 90x 5cm; G.W./Carton: 10.1KG; 7. MOQ: 100 pcs. We can also accept small order. 8. Lead time: 10-12 working days.

Production Process:

Printing	Printing Our maximum printing area is: 1.2m x 1.6m, which can meet customers' large printing request and keep the cost low. 4C, will according digital printing, 1C will according pantone book. Printing materials (350/300G CCNB, printing ink or chemicals also pass through national health and safety standard, paper and ink could be 100% recycle.)
Laminating	We have 6 professional staffs in this department to maintain daily work and efficiency. We have totally owned 5 laminating machine including 2 automatic laminating machines, the large cutting area:1.65mx1.65m. By independent technical innovation, we have broken through the non-grooved techniques.
Die Cutting	Die-Cutting process is one of the important process in Display, we have 10 professional staffs in this department to maintain daily work and efficiency. We have totally owned 4 die-cutting machine and one automatic die-cutting machine, the large cutting area:1.5mx2.5m.
Packing	Usually there are 2 packing ways; 01) Flat packing. 1 piece per carton including assembly instruction manual; 02) Assembly packing. Mainly deliver the assembled displays to clients' products factory to finish the final co-packing;
