Welding power

Welding pressure are provided by pneumatic pressure system, uniform pressure and stable performance. It could press at one time, times welding.

Feeding system

The cross wire and line wire are pre-cut and pre-straight wires.

Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by automatic straightening and cutting machine, which become cross wire. Then worker put the cross wires into wire hopper. The air pressure controls cross wires on the wire hopper automatically fall one by one.

Line wire feeding: line wires are the same to cross wires. Firstly using straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then the workers put the line wires into wire hopper. The air pressure control line wires on the wire hopper automatically fall one by one.

Controlling system

Control cabinet adopts PLC control system though touch screen operate system, you can change welding time, or electricity, mesh opening size by print numbers through touch screen. Screen displays in English& Chinese, and easy operation.

Mesh pulling system

The machine adopts PLC program system , servo motor to transfer the wires and pull the fence panels repeat , and the mesh size is accurate.
