Thermal Insulation Materials 0.5MM Black PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric

Basic cloth of this PU coated fiberglass fabric is 430g/m2 woven fiberglass cloth in satin weaving type. The black Polyurethane coating is 50g/m2 per side. So the coated fiberglass fabric is 530gsm, thickness is 0.5mm. Fiberglass fabric is tear resistant, high strength, durable and fire resistant. The PU coating makes it a chemical resistant, electrical insulation and abrasion resistant material.

Silicone or PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is able to withstand 260℃ continuously. But PU coating is able to withstand a instantaneous temperature up to 1100℃. So it is suitable to be used to produce welding blanket or curtain.
