This Automatic 3-in-1 Wash-filling-capping Water Filling Machine is used to produce bottled mineral water,

purified water, flavored water, alcoholic beverage and other non-gas Liquid. This Machine can be applied

to all kinds of plastic products such as PET, PE. Bottles size varies from 250ml-2500ml meanwhile few

changeover is needed. This series of filling machine capacity varies from 3000BPH to 32000BPH.

• Bottle washing part. this model adopts star wheel for bottle transportation in the machine. all the parts are made of stainless steel.

• there is bottle guard board below the star wheel to avoid possible stuck during high speed rotary running. these guard board is made of Nylon which is softer than PVC. it won't damage bottle during production.

• the strength of capping head is adjustable. we shall adjust the strength to be best for client's cap and bottle during our whole line testing in our workshop. there is also nylon size changing part for different bottle size.
