• Quality Control

Each heater is dielectrically tested at 1,000 volts plus twice the rated voltage times 120%. The resistance of all heaters is measured and must be within ± 5% of the rated value. A functional electrical test is performed on every heater by applying control voltage and energizing all control circuits.
