This machine integerates bottle rising, filling and capping in one monobloc, it is suitable

for glass bottle, and for all non-gas liquid, such as water, juiced beverage, tea, wine etc.

This machine is our exclusive design, it can seal two kinds caps in one machine, crown

cap and ring pull cap, it has 18 rising heads, 18 filling heads, 6 crown cap sealing heads

and 6 ring-pull cap sealing heads, can filling 6000 bottles per hour.

touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

3. High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid lose.

4. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of

conveyor chains.

5. Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from

famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider, OMRON.
