0.25mm Black PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric Plain Weave Fiber Glass Cloth
This 0.25mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is a high tensile strength fiberglass fabric woven in plain weaving type. It is coated with black PTFE on both two sides. PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is non stick, anti-friction and heat insulation. The black coating PTFE is food-grade and FDA approved so that it is usually used for food application, such as BBQ grill mat, oven liner, stovetop protector and heat transfer press machine belt.
PTFE coating can be used at temperature from -50 to 260 degree Celsius continuously. Basic fiberglass fabric can withstand heat below 550℃. Its FDA approved food grade PTFE coating is non-toxic and tasteless under heating, which makes it a suitable materials for BBQ grill mat production. Also, this coated fabric is easy to process, the square and round shape fabric were cut by machine. When you use it, you can cut it by scissors.
