2.Can you make products according to our samples or drawings?

Yes, we offer OEM ,ODM and sourcing service for all customers.

Yes, you can place a sample order. However, our samples are not free for you, you need to pay for them.

4.Can you accept small order?

Sure, we can accept small orders or trial orders, it is the starting of business, you need samples for testing and adjusting. But according to different product, the price may be higher as normal quantity.

5.What kind of warranty do you offer?

All products here we offer 1 year at least warranty.

6.How long will it take to deliver goods?

We will start preparing goods when we get your bank receipt. For small orders of our existing models, the package will be shipped out within 10 days after we get your payment. For large orders, the delivery time is 10~30days according to the order size.

For small quantity, we suggest use express(such as FedEx, TNT,DHL,UPS).It could be freight collect or prepaid.

For mass goods, our shipment could be by sea or by air, both OK for us. We can do FOB,CIF,DDP.
