DPFX series nozzle separator is a kind of continuous discharge separator. It features of high speed, high precision and high efficiency

Outside of the bowl wall, sevral nozzles are installed. Under the centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed of bowl, insoluble soilds which deposit in the sediment chamber will be discharged out continuously

Centrifugal Filter Separator Application

1. Purification of fuel oil and lubricating oil in mineral oil industry, such as marine main engine, land diesel engine, power station, etc.
2. Dairy industry: clarification and purification of fresh milk, degreasing;
3. Vegetable oil industry: purification and clarification of palm oil, refining and degumming of vegetable oil, desoaping, dehydration and desodium, etc.
4. Beverage products industry: clarification of beer, fruit juice, beverage, extraction of plant protein, clarification of bioengineering fermentation broth such as wastewater treatment;
5. Chemical industry: purification or clarification of chemical raw materials.

This kind centrifuge is a separator for separating solid, liquid and liquid for chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, foodstuff, milk industry, daily industry and defense industry etc.. It has three types for solid discharge such as central value deslagging, artificial deslagging, and water push deslagging. The first type is mainly used in the desoponificating of oil refining, and the last two types are used in degumming and dehydrating, they are all applicable for liquid-liquid-solid and liquid–solid separation.

Operation Principle:

DPFX series separator is suitable for solid-liquid two phase separation and concentration which with high solid content (max.20%),such as fermentation liquor, alga, kaolinic and so on.
