Multiple proportion cleaning is a large-scale secondary election equipment which integrates the functions of air separation, proportion, light and miscellaneous separation.

Working Principle:

The materials enter the Negative Pressure hydrometer through the feeding hopper through the conveying equipment, and the dust, chaff shell and other light impurities in the materials are removed through the air separation, and the light impurities are discharged and collected by the air closers through the air duct and the screw dust remover; the straw, shaft block and other light impurities in the materials are effectively removed through the specific gravity selection. The rear material enters the second positive pressure pycnometer through the grain guide mechanism, and the specific gravity processing is carried out by adjusting the air volume, baffle position, etc., so as to effectively remove the impurities in the material, such as broken grain, chaff seed, bud grain, moth eaten grain, mildew grain and so on. The light impurities discharged from the double pycnometer flow into the small vibration classification screen, which can separate the axis or straw in the impurities from the small particles and broken particles; the dust, chaff shell and other light impurities collected by the suction hood are processed and separated by the double screw dust remover and the star type dust discharge valve to purify the ambient air; the finished products are discharged from the positive pycnometer and transferred to the next process.
