GB/T 3203 Cold Drawn Cold Rolled Seamless Steel Tube Precision Bearing Steel Tube
Carburizing is the process of ordering carbon atoms into the steel surface. It is also to make the low carbon
steel workpiece with high carbon steel surface layer, and then after quenching and low temperature tempering,
the surface layer of the workpiece has high hardness and wear resistance, and the central part of the workpiece
still maintains the toughness and plasticity of low carbon steel.
Carburizing workpiece material is generally low carbon steel or low carbon alloy steel (carbon content is less
than 0.25%). After carburizing, the chemical composition of the steel surface can be close to high carbon steel.
The workpiece carburized after quenching, in order to get high surface hardness, high wear resistance and fatigue
strength, and maintain the core of low carbon steel quenched strong shear, so that the workpiece can withstand
the impact load. Carburizing machine is widely used in aircraft, cars and tractors, such as gear, shaft, camshaft and so on.
