1.Can you accept sample order?
A:Yes. Sample or trail order is available.

2.How long does it take to deliver the sample?
A:It depends on different products,it usually takes 3-15 days.

3.What's your Mini Order Quantity(MOQ)?
A:It depends on different products, most of our digital signage tablet has no MOQ. But for tablet pc, the MOQ is 1000-2000 pieces.

4.What payment term you can accept?
A:For sample full payment need to be paide in advance by T/T, Western Union, Ali Trade Assurance or PayPal. For bulk order, T/T 30% in advance and balance before shipment.

5.How to ship the goods to us?
A:For sample or small quantity, by DHL/UPS/EMS etc. Express. For bulk order, usually shiped by Air or Sea.

6.Can we have our own logo printed on the product or package?
A:For sample, it usually be neutral.For big order,it support customized logo.

7.How much will the customized logo cost?
A:For bulk order, if your quantity up to our MOQ, it usually be free.
