Description:

To keep the cleanliness of cleanroom, when people enter from non-cleanroom, there is a passage room which have to prevent the air convection current to avoiding make dirty the clean room, it calls air shower.

There are two doors which are in interlock state, one door is open, other is closed, they cannot be open at the same time.

When people go into air shower, the blower fan is working, air go throught primary filter, then be absorbed blower fan, then air go through HEPA filters, clean air will be go out from nozzles at high speed wind >20m/s, it can remove the dust particles from people's clothes, hair and shoe.

Features:

1. Air shower room is a dust removal and purification equipment necessary for personnel to enter the clean room dust-free workshop lock. It has strong versatility and can be used with all clean rooms and clean rooms.
2. When the staff enters the workshop, the clean air filtered by the high-efficiency filter must be sprayed from all directions to the person or the cargo by the rotatable nozzle, thereby effectively and quickly removing the adhesion to the clothes and the goods. Dust, hair and other debris on the surface, it can reduce the pollution caused by people entering and leaving the clean room.

Testing in factory:

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:

The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual with testing report.
