The dividing device can be moved up and down to apply different paving thicknesses to reduce material segregation and power consumption.
The use of highly wear-resistant alloy materials for the splitter blades and highly wear-resistant steel plates for the conveyor floor and the screed baseplate are particularly suitable for large thickness base construction.
The two vertical and horizontal automatic leveling systems ensure the smoothness of the working surface and use a centralized lubrication system.
