Introduction

The series of disc granulator is a new kind of slanting disc granulation equipment: the granulation rate is up to 90%, the reducer and the motor adopt the flexible belt drive, start smoothly, reduce the impact force and improve the operation life of equipment. The plate bottom of the granulator is reinforced by a plurality of radiation steel plates, which is firm and durable and ever deformed, thickened ,aggravated, and stable base design don’t need the anchor bolts fixed and operates stably.The granulator main gear adopts high frequency fire, have doubled service life. Inner part of the machine has been anti-corrosion treatment, and is very durable.The machine has a uniform granulation, high granulation rate, smooth operation, durable, long service life etc advantages, so highly praised by users, is the majority and ideal equipment of users, the project also received recognition from Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture Soil and Fertilizer Station,it is the national environmental protection technology promotion projects.

Working flow:

Raw materials fermentation (optional)( compost turning machine). input ( If blocked, use chain crusher to deal with ) ---- granulation -- drying--cooling--screening (select the right sieving hole diameter)----finished granules---- the next process (optional equipment:

1, screening machine: the size of the granules will be more accurate.

2, drying machine (to dry the finished fertilizer)

3, cooling machine(fast cooling of finished fertilizers)

4, coating machine: make the appearance of the granules more good

5, weighing and package: facilitate the sale and transportation of products
