Production description:

2. Adopt planet type electric phase 360 degree adjusting ,while revolving or stopping can be adjusted quickly and accurately. 3. When machine stopped working ,inker roller auto separate with printing roller avoiding spoiled the printing roller. 4. Inker roller have the separately turn device to prevent ink dried when machine stops work. 5. Pneumatic locking ,electrically separation 6. Ink supplied by pneumatic diaphragm pump 7. Main transmission gear made by 45# steel after high frequency quenching . 8. Transmission part adopts sprinkle lubricating system ,ensuring the machine precise and use life. 9. The machine has single-color ,double-color ,three color and four-color available for option.

Main detail:

Printing Unit:

(1) Diameter with printing plate: 540mm.

(2) High quality steel, surface grinding, hard chrome plated. Dynamic balancing correction, steady running, suitable to high speed running.

(3) Engrave basic mark line in the horizontal and peripheral direction of the roller, convenient for register plate.

(4) Printing roller phase adjustment is planetary gear driving structure, digital control in 360°, electrical phase adjustment.

(5) Equipped pedal to control the roller,easy to change the printing plate. (6)Auto self-returning system.

Pressing Roller:

(1) Out diameter 176mm.Adopt high quality seamless steel pipe processing, dynamic balancing and correction, steady running. (2) Gears adopt non backlash adjustment device, will not affect the gears occlusion when adjust, make sure the driving precision good. (3)Printing roller adjustment range is 0~10mm.

Metal Anilox Roller:

(1) Diameter 215mm.

(2) Anilox roller mesh: 180-280LPI, can choose as customer need.

(3) Pneumatic anilox roller automatically lifting device and idle device. Can choose ceramic roller as per customer requirements).

Rubber Ruller:

(1) Out diameter 215mm.Overrunning coupler and self-motion idle device, avoid the ink drying.

(2) Has the medium height on the rubber roller to keep the ink distribution averagely.

(3) Fast micro adjustment of gap self-locking device, make sure the ink supplying averagely.

(4) Single driving system,make sure ink distribution averagely.

Paper Feeding Roller:

(1) Paper feeding roller(out diameter 136mm),4 rollers for paper feeding adopt non backlash adjustment device, the range is 0-11mm.

(2) Manual gear box gap adjustment, locking device, fast and reliable.

Ink Supply System:

(1) Pneumatic diaphragm, simple operation, convenient maintenance, ink supplying steadily.

(2) Circular type pneumatic ink supplying, filter screen to take out of the impurity, keep the printing quality.
