high density closed-cell foam, thickness of 4" tapering down to 3" to assist rainwater runoff wrapped in polyethylene bags and heat sealed for minimal water absorption aluminum / steel "C" channel running the entire length of the fold for added support;
two-layer folding hinge, full length hinge insulation pads across the hinge, to further prevent heat loss;
upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.
