1. Production Introduction

Fint clay of refractory sand is a kind of high quality hard refractory clay produced in Zibo area, Shandong Province, China.

The Al2O3 content of the standard raw ore is 38%, the Al2O3 content after calcination is about 44%, Fe2O3 < 2%. It has stable composition, uniform texture, compact structure, shell shaped section and white color, and is used to produce high-quality clay refractories.

The technical term is first-class hard clay clinker, the main chemical composition is Al2O3 and SiO2, with a small amount of Fe2O3 and a small amount of Na2O and K2O, and the main mineral is kaolin.

1. Refractory raw materials: used for the production of zircon stone brick, staggered corundum electric melting brick, sintered brick, nozzle brick, glass furnace ramming material, castable.

2. Ceramics: stable chemical properties, is a high-quality and cheap opacifier, widely used in the production of various building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily ceramics, first-class crafts ceramics, etc.In the processing and production of ceramic glaze, it has a wide range of application and measuring force.

3. Glass: color picture tube in TV industry, emulsion glass in glass industry.

4. Coating: good suspension stability, excellent thixotropy and fluidity, good brushing performance, no brush marks on the coating, low organic content, low gas generation, high coating strength.

5. Casting: it has the characteristics of good thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion, good thermal shock stability, high fire resistance, and large heat storage coefficient of zirconium sand. It has a strong chilling effect on castings .
