Product introduction
The sample is placed vertically in a quartz glass cylinder filled with oxygen and nitrogen. The sample is usually ignited from the top and the combustion state of the sample is observed at the same time. If the material is continuously burning, whether the combustion can be maintained for 600 seconds is observed, and whether the flame spread distance reaches the required distance of the standard. In the process of testing, users need to constantly find the percentage concentration of oxygen which can maintain the continuous combustion, as the final detection results
Performance characteristics
1. According to the technology of oxygen sensor, the percentage
concentration of oxygen can be obtained automatically, which is
easy for users to read directly.
2. Digital display of nitrogen gas flow rate and the total flow
rate of oxygen and nitrogen mixture. According to the test
standard, the test needs to be carried out under the total flow
rate of about 10.6L/Min.
3. Using precise metering gas flow valve to regulate gas flow, the
accuracy of the whole instrument can reach the regulation range of
0-0.1L/Min, the current gas flow can be obtained more accurately,
and the whole oxygen percentage step can be adjusted to 0-0.2
readings.
4. Equipped with electrochemical sensors, the external replacement
mode of the chassis is convenient for users to replace.
5. Equipped with high temperature resistant quartz glass cylinder,
it can withstand higher test temperature.
6. Equipped with gas igniter device, it can easily adjust the flame
length and cut off the burning gas.
