Components of ZAP-S160 stationary asphalt batching plant:

Asphalt mixing plant mainly including cold feed systems, drying system, burning system, hot material enhance, vibrating screen, hot material storage bins, weighing mixing system, bitumen supply system, powder supply system, dust removal system, finished product storage bin, control system and other parts.

Cold Aggregate Feed System
5 cold feed bins,the feeding belt conveyor adopts frequency control; each cold is equipped with sound-light alarm device for material shortage and the cold feed bins are also equipped with mesh to keep off the oversized aggregate.

Drying System
The dryer adopts frication drive which runs smoothly; the drying drum is covered by rock wool isolation work with stainless steel. And the main body of dryer adopts heat resistant steel plates which ensure the long working life.

Burner
According to the customer's requirements, we can supply different type burners to match with asphalt mixing plant, such as coal burner, oil burner, gas burner and so on. All the burners are specially designed and supporting the asphalt mixing plant which is more suitable for the production process of asphalt mixing plant.

Dust Collection System
The dust system is combined primary cyclone dust removal and secondary bag house system. The bag house is equipped with dust humidification mixer which further reduces the pollution. The emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm³.

Mixing Tower
Twin shaft forced mixing mixer, the capacity is 2000kg/batch and rated mixing cycle 45 seconds which has high mixing efficiency and stable quality of finished product. All the bearings are equipped with automatic lubrication system which greatly reduced the equipment failure rate.
The weighing system adopts 3 point pull type weighing sensor to ensure accurate weighing and stability.
The vibrating screen adopts 4 deck and 7 segment structure and the meshes are made from high wearability steel. And the bearing of vibrating screen is equipped with automatic lubrication system which greatly improve the life of bearing.
The equipment adopts standardization and modular design. The assemble and disassembly are very simple and easy to transportation which shorten the installation time.

Control System
All the electrical components adopts SIEMENS brand that has low-voltage protection and overload protection function.
The operation mode has manual operation and automatic operation mode which can be switched with each other.
The control room adopts the big space design and solid wood flooring. And the wall is made from sound insulation and heat insulation material and is very strong.
The operation language can be custom made by customer's request.
