For American standard steel fire door we can provide you with UL certificates which have been issued in accordance with American standard UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;

For Chinese standard steel fire rated door we got CCC certificates, test standard is China GB12955-2008.

Reinforcements

• 3mm thick steel plate on sides of hinges, closer and locks.
• Double U-Type channel made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet
• Doors shall be reinforced for all types of surface devices. Drilling and tapping of surface devices to be performed in this area by the erector.
• The edges of the doors shall be continuously welded and in contact with the floor to ensure their final feel.

Color Chart

Talking about color chart we refer to different colors for different finishes, namely powder coating finsh and wood grain transfer finsih. For powder coating finish we can customize any color inclusive RAL system and for wood grain we have popular ones such as oakwood, walnut, beach, cherry, teak ect, more options can also be made to your request.

Attention: In circumstances where fire doors with fire rating longer than 2 hours, we do not suggest doors with glass inserts.
